You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless wellingtonjobs.co.nz and its affiliates harmless from any and all claims, actions, proceedings, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Site and / or the Services.

Nothing in the Terms shall oblige wellingtonjobs.co.nz from discontinuing the Site or any other services

If any of the provisions are held invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be severed and the remainder of the provisions hereof shall continue in full force and effect as if the Terms had been executed with the invalid provision eliminated. The Terms shall be governed, construed and shall take effect in accordance with the Laws of New Zealand and Common Law; and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
